Ingredients:

water, cinamon, cardamom, milk, tea, ginger, sugar, black pepper, tulsi leaves, salt.

Step 1:

Boil fresh water in a saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add grated ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, and salt to the boiling water. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3:

Add loose-leaf black tea to the spice-infused water and let it brew for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 4:

Add milk and sugar to the tea mixture. Stir well to combine

Step 5:

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat.

Step 6:

The secret behind a perfect tea is to keep boiling it until the texture becomes a little thicker.

Step 7:

Strain the masala chai and pair it up with some snacks.
