Start by boiling fresh corn. Make sure it's cooked until soft and tender.
In a mixing bowl, add a generous amount of chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and green chilies.
Add a blend of chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt.
Once the spice mixture is ready, add the boiled corn to the bowl and mix everything.
For that extra tang, squeeze fresh lemon juice into the mixture and add a dash of tamarind chutney.
Garnish the spicy corn chaat with some fresh coriander leaves.
Serve the spicy corn chaat immediately while it’s fresh and crisp.
