Start off by gathering essential ingredients such as sesame seeds (til), jaggery, ghee and Cardamom powder (optional).
Heat a pan on medium flame and dry roast the sesame seeds. Keep stirring until they are golden brown.
In another pan, add jaggery and a tablespoon of water. Heat it over medium heat until the jaggery melts completely, and the syrup begins to thicken.
Once the jaggery syrup is ready, immediately add the roasted sesame seeds to the pan. Mix them together thoroughly.
Let the mixture cool down a little, take small portions and shape them into round ladoos with your hands.
Once the ladoos are shaped, allow them to cool completely at room temperature.
Once the Til Ke Ladoo have cooled and set, they are ready to serve.
