To make green goddess salad, you'll need greens like lettuce, spinach, and arugula, along with fresh herbs, avocado, cucumber, and green onions.
Start by washing and thoroughly drying your greens to remove any dirt or moisture. Tear the lettuce and spinach into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the cucumber, avocado, and green onions into bite-sized pieces. You can also add other green vegetables.
To make the dressing, blend together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and a pinch of salt.
