Always use hair protecting spray before using hair styling tools like straightener and curling rod to avoid brittleness and dullness and use them as little as you could.

Eat A Healthy Diet

Having a healthy diet which is rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals is very important for healthy hair. You can add foods like soya bean, spinach and almonds in your diet.

Use A Silk Pillowcase

Switch your pillowcase to silk ones to prevent your hair from tangling, breakage. It will also help your hair to preserve the moisture of your hair.

Do Conditioning

Apply conditioner after every wash to get shiny and smooth hair or you can also use hair masks but apply these things only on the ends and not on the scalp.

Hot water takes away the moisture from your hair and rinsing your hair with cold water locks the moisture and makes them shiny.
