Combine sugar, oil, flour, baking powder, and ripe bananas.
Mash bananas with a blender or fork until they are smooth.
Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
In a another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones gradually while stirring to mix.
Pour the batter onto a pan that has been oiled and preheat the oven to 350°F.
A toothpick should come out clean after 30 to 40 minutes of baking.
