Rewarding yourself can be really motivating and it doesn’t have to be something huge, anything as small as a snack or a chocolate to get the feeling of accomplishment.
Sometimes starting matters. Even if you don’t feel like doing it, even if you are not understanding a word, start reading.
If you are feeling bored and tired of one subject then try changing a subject and start with a subject you find interesting and easy.
Sometimes it’s okay to take a break from studying. Don’t overthink about it and waste your time. Make up your mind and stick to it.
Find a friend or sibling who will accompany you in studying. Studying together doesn’t feel boring and provides mental support.
Set clear and achievable targets. Don’t set unrealistic expectations from yourself. Break your task into smaller segments.
Set a timer and try to use pomodoro technique like study for 20 minutes and take 5 five minutes break and again study for 20 minutes.
