Step 1:

Soak the beans in plenty overnight and cook in the pressure cooker.

Step 2:

Prepare masala by onion, spices, chillies, tomato puree, water, salt, ginger, cumin, garlic and asafoetida.

Step 3:

Take a saucepan, add the oil, and cook the massala in the oil until it leaves some oil.

Step 4:

Add beans in the cooked masala. Now add water and cook in a pressure cooker for another 10 minutes.

Step 5:

Cook rice, take rice, add some jeera in the pan, add rice and water. Cook it until the rice softens.

Step 6:

Prepare a garnish tadka. Take some ghee, cumin and add red chili powder. Turn off the gas and add to the rajma.

Step 7:

Serve the rajma rice with a sprinkle of fresh coriander leaves. Chopped onion and pickle.
