1. Take 250 gms paneer and crumble it
2. In a bowl, mix the crumbled paneer, salt as per your taste, 1 tspn each of ginger paste, garam masala powder, chaat masala, laal mirch, chopped coriander
3. Now mix the above paneer mixture with a light hand bringing together all the ingredients in one dough
4. Shape the mixture into finger size croquettes
5. In another bowl take a slurry made with maida and little water
6. Keep a tray full of breadcrumbs and mixed with little laal mirch and salt
7. Roll the paneer croquettes mixtures in maida slurry and then take out and roll in the bread crumbs
8. In a deep frying pan or kadhai, heat oil and fry all the paneer croquettes in batches till golden brown
9. Take it out of heat and roll them in a tissue paper for draining excess oil
10. Your Crispy Paneer Fingers are ready. You can sprinkle some more chaat masala on it and serve hot
