1. Take equal portions of ata (whole wheat flour) and maida (all-purpose flour), warm ghee, add water and knead the Gujiya dough
2. Chop cashews, almonds, pistachios, raisins, walnuts
3. Add tablespoon of ghee in a pan and roast some grated khoya on a low heat and bring it to a gooey consistency
4. Bring the khoya to room temperature
5. Add all the dry fruits, sugar and mix properly for Gujiya stuffing
6. Divide the ata dough in equal proportions and flatten it like small puris with a rolling pin
7. Stuff the dough with the prepared Gujiya stuffing mixture
8. Seal the edges of the dough and give it a half moon or Gujya Shape
9. Now you can bake the Gujiya in an oven or deep fry them as per your choice
10. Once your Gujiya is done, you can either drizzle a little sugar syrup or have it as it is
