Mughlai Porotha

This meal is stuffed with mashed potatoes with lots of Spices and vegetables. It is flaky in texture and is eaten with Chutney.

Kathi Rolls

It is a bit similar to Mughlai porotha but rather than having stuffing, it is filled with spicy vegetables, onions and Chutney. It is also flaky in texture.

Phuchka

It is the Bengali version of Gol Gappa and Pani Puri. It is made out of Atta/Suji and these hollow spheres are filled with Tamarind water, Mashed Potatoes and Chickpeas.

Telebhaja

These Fritters are deeply fried in oil and are made out of different types of vegetables such as brinjal, potatoes and lentils. They are crispy in nature.

Shingara

They are also like Samosas, filled with spicy mashed potatoes, peas and sometimes Cauliflower. They are also Deeply fried in oil and crispy in nature.

Chop-Cutlet

These cutlets are made with mashed mixed vegetables and spices. They are also deeply fried in oil and served with Mustard or Bengali Mustard Sauce.

Ghugni

This dish is made with Yellow dried peas. It is made with ingredients such as spices, chopped onions and green chillies. It is served with Tamarind Chutney.
