Butter or Olive Oil, Onion, Garlic, Fresh Broccoli, Heavy Cream, Salt and Pepper and chilli flakes.
Chop the onion and mince a lot of garlic and chop the broccoli into florets.
Take the pan and heat some butter or olive oil and add garlic and then onion and add and sauté the vegetables for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Now add the broccoli florets in a pan and cook it on low flame for 10-12 minutes until broccoli is softened.
Now close the flame and add all the cooked ingredients in the pan and blend them until it turns into a smooth puree.
Now take the pan again and add some butter and broccoli florets for some crunch and some chilli flakes and then pour the puree in the pan and stir gently.
Now add the heavy cream or milk in the pan and stir it until it’s all mixed properly and looks creamy and smooth.
Now add salt and pepper according to your taste and you can also add Italian seasoning if you want.
Now serve the soup in your favorite soup bowls and garnish it with cream or shredded cheese and enjoy the warmness.
