1 pack of maggi, 2 cloves of garlic,1 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tbsp chili flakes, spring onion, Maggi masala, 1 tbsp vinegar, White sesame seeds, refined oil.
Boil some water in a pan with 1 spoon of refined oil.
Now pour the pack of maggi into the boiling water and let it boil 1-2 minutes and turn off the gas.
After this, take a strainer to strain noodles and keep them aside to full drain.
Now take a big bowl and add 2 crushed garlic cloves, soy sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, chopped spring onion, maggie masala, and sesame seeds. Mix everything and make a paste out of it.
Now take a tadka pan and heat 2 tbsp of oil until it turns smoky and turn off the flame.
Now put oil in the paste you have made in a bowl and mix.
Add drained noodles in this batter and toss everything well.
Finally, chili garlic noodles are ready and serve this by topping with some spring onion and sesame seeds.
