Ingredients

Capsicum Red, Yellow, Green, Tomato, Onion, Salt,Black Pepper,Refined Oil,Tabasco Sauce,Chat Masala,Turmeric Powder,Red Chilli Powder,Jaggery,Garam Masala,Curd, Paneer, Bakery Sandwich Loaf

Roasted Vegetable Preparation

Roast bell peppers and tomatoes at 160°C for 45 minutes

Blend Roasted Vegetables

Combine roasted veggies, salt, hung curd, garlic, oil, Tabasco

Make Green Chutney

Blend mint, coriander, salt, green chili, chat masala, curd

Cook Onion and Peppers, Add Spices and Tomato

Sauté chopped onion and green bell pepper until soft and Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, and chopped tomato

Add Paneer and Spices

Incorporate cubed paneer, jaggery, and garam masala; cook briefly

Assemble the Sandwich

Spread pudina chutney on whole wheat bread; add paneer mixture

Grill the Sandwich and Serve with Dip

Grill sandwich on both sides until golden and crispy and Enjoy sandwich with roasted tomato and pepper dip on side
