Ingredients:

Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Coriander, Beans, Carrots, Cabbage, Capsicum, Salt and Pepper, Corn Flour, Spring Onion and Lemon

Step 1

First step is to chop all the vegetables mentioned above and other vegetables of your choice into tiny pieces and mince a lot of garlic.

Step 2

And then take a pan and add some oil and add garlic and ginger and sauté it for a few minutes.

Step 3

Now add all the chopped vegetables along with coriander stems in the pan and cook them but don’t overcook them to feel the crunch.

Step 4

Now add the water along with corn flour slurry and let it simmer for 7-8 minutes until it has a nice consistency.

Step 5

For the seasoning you can add salt and pepper according to your taste and oregano if you want.

Step 6

Now add a lot of chopped coriander along with lemon juice and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Serve

Your tasty heartwarming soup is now ready, serve it in a bowl and garnish it with the coriander and enjoy the warmth.
