Soak Oats

For a soft, creamy base, soak oats in milk or water for the entire night.

Prepare Batter

Combine soaked oats, water, salt, and spices in the morning.

Add Vegetables

To add flavor to the oat batter, grate the carrots and cucumber.

Herbs & Spices

For added zing, add coriander, green chiles, ginger powder, and cumin.

Heat Pan

Heat some oil or ghee in a nonstick skillet or tawa.

Cook Chila

Spread the batter thinly on the pan after pouring it in.

Flip and Serve

When golden, turn the chila over and serve it with yogurt or chutney.
