1/4 cup almonds; 1/4 cup cashews; 1/4 cup pistachios; 1/4 cup melon seeds; 1/4 cup poppy seeds; 1 tbsp fennel seeds; 1 tbsp cardamom powder; 1/2 tsp saffron strands; 1/2 cup sugar; 4 cups milk; Rose petals and chopped nuts for garnish (Image by Freepik)
Soak almonds, cashews, pistachios, melon seeds, poppy seeds, and fennel seeds in water for 2-3 hours. (Image by Freepik)
Drain the soaked nuts and seeds and grind them into a smooth paste using a little milk. (Image by Freepik)
In a large bowl, mix the ground paste with cardamom powder, saffron strands, and sugar. (Image by Freepik)
