Step 1

Pour 1 cup of milk into a small saucepan and heat it over low-medium heat until warm but not boiling.

Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder to the warm milk. Stir well to ensure it dissolves completely.

Step 3

Add a pinch of black pepper, cinnamon, and ginger powder (if using). Stir to combine all the spices.

Step 4

Add honey or maple syrup to taste. Stir until it’s well-mixed and dissolved into the warm milk.

Step 5

Pour the turmeric latte into a mug. Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg for extra flavor, then enjoy!
