Chips made from beetroot are a wholesome option for any time of day because they are high in important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Ingredient used:

Beetroot, virgin olive oil, ground rosemary, sea salt as required, powdered black pepper

Step 1

In order to prepare beetroot for the chips, give it a thorough wash, remove any dirt, allow it to dry, and then peel the skin.

Step 2

Beetroot should be thinly sliced. Cut the beetroot thinly with a knife or slicer.

Step 3

Arrange a single kitchen on top of the slices that have been spread out on kitchen paper. Set it aside for 10 minutes so the paper can absorb any further moisture from the beetroot slices.

Step 4

Add salt to taste and toss the beetroot pieces in oil. In the air fryer basket, arrange the beetroot slices.

Step 5

Fry in the air for 15 minutes at 150 C. After five minutes, turn and flip the beetroot slices to keep them from drying out. For ten minutes, raise the temperature to 180 C. Watch the beetroot slices closely and allow them to curl. After five minutes of resting, the chips will finally get crispy. Have fun!
