1. Lenthwise slice potatoes. Now Par-boil the potatoes and them pat dry and let it cool
2. Chop ginger and garlic, take out onion flakes, dice some capsicum
3. Now put some salt on the par-boiled potatoes, toss them in corn-flour and deep fry them till crispy
4. Take the potatoes out of the hot oil with a slotted spoon and spread them over tissue paper
5. In a separate pan, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped garlic and ginger
6. Now put the onion flakes, capsicum and stir on high flame for a few minutes
7. Make a slurry of a little corn-flour, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup
8. Put the fried potatoes and immediately pour the slurry
9. Stir fry on high flame for 2 minutes or so
10. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and switch off the flame
