1. Take some sweet corn kernels in a bowl
2. Now put some salt, black pepper, corn-flour. Toss them together in the corn bowl
3. Deep fry the corns till they become crispy. Take out of the hot oil with a slotted spoon and spread them over tissue paper
4. Chop ginger and garlic, dice some onion
5. In a separate pan, heat a little oil and saute the chopped garlic and ginger
6. Put the diced onion flakes, chopped green chillies, sauteed capsicum garlic and ginger back in a bowl
7. Mix corn in the above bowl and put chopped coriander, amchoor powder, a squeeze of lemon, little red chilli and rock salt
8. Your crispy corn chaat is ready
