Make Your Tasty Parathas more creamy and delicious by adding a scoop of white butter on top of it.
Take full-fat milk in the pan and boil it properly to get the perfect malai.
After boiling the milk now let it cool. There will be a layer of malai on the top. Scrape it off. Make sure you have cream/malai in a good amount.
Now heat the collected cream and add a little bit of curd and mix it nicely. So do not rush. Keep it aside for 3 hours.
Take the mixture and add it into the blender. Give it a mix for 30 seconds. Add a block of ice and blend again fr 1 minute.
Blend the mixture till the tie you can see the butter lumps forming and water is separated.
Now collect the butter from it and the liquid which is left is your butter milk. You can make many things out of it.
