1. Blanch 250 gm spinach in hot water and make a puree out of it
2. Heat oil/ghee in a pan put some hing, jeera, dried red chilli and let it crackle.
3. Add chopped tomatoes, garlic and onion
4. Now put haldi, dhania and jeera powder, garam masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and keep sautéing.
5. Add diced paneer and sauté for a few minutes
6. Now, add in the spinach paste and keep stirring
7. Cook the paste till the oil starts to separate
8. Now, add 1 cup of warm water to the curry and cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
9. If you think the paste is too watery and you prefer gooey consistency, put a tablespoon of maida and stir.
10. Now, add in some chat masala powder, fresh cream and stir again. Your palak paneer is ready
