You’ll need 1 cup gram flour (besan), ½ cup crumbled paneer, ½ cup finely chopped onions, salt, turmeric, chili powder, Water & oil for cooking.
In a bowl, mix gram flour, spices, and water to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
In another bowl, mix crumbled paneer, onions, coriander, and a pinch of salt.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and grease it lightly with oil.
Pour a ladle of batter on the pan and spread it evenly into a round shape.
Add the paneer filling on top when the chilla starts to cook.
Carefully flip the chilla and cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve your hot paneer chilla with green chutney or ketchup.
