The workouts feature five ab exercises from Roshan's fitness journals, designed to help burn extra calories and tone the abdominal region.

Abs workout move 1

The beast hold is a plank variation that involves lowering oneself on all fours, aligning arms with shoulders and hips, and slightly elevating knees. This workout activates the core, strengthens leg muscles, and aids ab muscle growth.

Abs workout move 2

This exercise quickly burns abdominal area by reclining on back, bringing knees closer to chest, pulling shoulders up, and hugging knees. Repeat 15-20 reps for maximum burn.

Abs workout move 3

Push right leg out to left, lift left hand, alternate kicks, increase heart rate, burn oblique muscles, maintain flat foot, perform 10 kicks per side, repeat for four to five reps.

Abs workout move 4

This exercise effectively targets the abs and lower abdominal fat by bringing one knee to the chest at a time, alternating between the two, and maintaining a plank position for optimal results.

Abs workout move 5

This exercise improves coordination and burns calories by reclining on your back, raising arms, and bending knees. Repeat for 90 seconds each round.
