Ingredients:

For 3 servings, 2 cup sugar, 1 pinch of baking soda, 1 cup of gram flour, 2 cup of ghee and a half cup of water.

Heat the Ghee:

Pour one cup of ghee in a pan and heat it over medium flame.

Roast the Gram Flour:

Once the ghee gets hot add gram flour in it and roast it for few minutes. Make sure you roast it properly so that raw smell of it goes away.

Prepare the Sugar Syrup:

Mix 2 cup of sugar with half cup of water and then heat it till it reaches one string consistency.

Combine all Ingredients:

Once the sugar syrup gets prepared, add fried gram flour in it and stir well till it get thickens. Make sure you keep stirring it continuously so that no lumps will form.

Add Cooking Soda:

When the ghee starts to rise up from the sides and begins to separate then add cooking soda.

Spread the batter in a plate:

Pour the whole batter in a greased plate and spread it properly. Allow it to cool. Before it gets hardens, slice it in desired shapes. Now, it is ready to eat!
