Vegetables, cheeses, herbs, pizza sauce, kulhad, olive, jalapeno, butter, onion, garlic and pizza base.
Take the kulhad and coat it with some butter and keep it aside. Saute your veggies until they are half cooked.
Take another pan, add some garlic and pizza sauce along with some diced pizza base. Saute it in butter.
Add all the veggies and flavored pizza base in the kulhad.
Add cottage cheese, cheese and topped it with jalapenos and olive. Sprinkle some herbs for extra flavor.
Bake the Kulhad pizza in a preheated oven at 160 to 170°C temperature for 5- 7 minutes.
Serve it hot with some sprinkle of chili flakes, oregano and enjoy your fresh and homemade kulhad pizza.
