Mix in the chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, and boiled potato. These add crunch and flavor to your Jhalmuri.

Add the chopped green chilies, roasted peanuts, and chopped coriander leaves. The peanuts provide a nice crunch and nutty flavor.

Sprinkle chaat masala and salt over the mixture. Adjust according to your taste preferences for a spicy kick.

If using, drizzle mustard oil over the mix. It adds a unique flavor typical of Mumbai street food.

Step 6

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture to enhance the flavors and give it a tangy kick.

Step 7

Toss everything together gently until well combined. Serve immediately in bowls, garnished with extra coriander if desired.
