Though Kadha can be made in several ways, this is one of the many recipes you can try
Ingredients for Home-Made Kadha: ginger, cloves, black pepper, basil leaves, honey, cinnamon stick
Take about 1 inch ginger, 10 black pepper, 10 basil leaves, 5 cloves and 2 inch cinnamon stick and 1 teaspoon honey
In a pan boil 2 big cups of water
Put all the ingredients to the pan except honey
Keep simmering the mixture and make it into a Kadha till the water becomes half
Take a sieve and strain the mixture/decoction or Kadha
Now mix the honey. Your home-made kadha is ready
The home-made kadha is usually consumed during winters
