Prepare the crispy papdi by making or buying it. And if you are making papdi at home in a bowl, mix flour, carom seed, and water, then dough it in soft dough, roll it in small circles, and then deep fry until golden-brown.
Rinse, boil, peel, and mash the potatoes, and then add spices like salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, and freshly chopped coriander.
Prepare homemade tamarind and coriander chutney, or buy it from the market.
Take thick yogurt and then whisk until smooth and creamy. Add spices like salt and pepper. You can also add a dash of cumin seeds.
Then, assemble all the ingredients for chaat papdi by arranging papdis on a plate. Then add mashed potatoes by spoon, and finally drizzle yogurt on top and a little chutney over the top.
Sprinkle some roasted cumin powder and red chili powder on it, you can also add sev, pomegrante seeds, and finely chopped fresh coriander to enhance the taste.
Serve immediately for the crispy and fresh flavours and enjoy it with your family.
