Maggi noodles, Garlic, Onion, Mushroom, Bell Pepper, Carrots, Salt and Pepper, Butter, Red Chilli Powder, Soy Sauce, Green and Red Chilli Sauce, Coriander, Frozen Momo (Optional)
First, mince the garlic and chop onion, bell pepper, mushroom, carrots and any other vegetable of your choice.
Take the pan and add some butter in it and now add the garlic and sauté it for a few minutes.
Now add onion and after 2 minutes add all the chopped vegetables of your choice and don’t over cook them.
Add salt, pepper and chilli according to your taste and also add soy, red and green chilli sauce.
Now add the 3 cups of water and add your maggi noodles and masala packed and also add momo and let it simmer for 6-7 minutes.
Now serve the soulful warm hot pot and garnish it with chopped coriander and enjoy.
