Korean Cheese Buldak, also known as "Fire Chicken," is a deliciously spicy and cheesy dish that's perfect for satisfying your cravings.
Take chicken, Korean red chili pastes, Gochugaru, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, sugar, mozzarella chunks, and oil.
Whisk together gochujang, gochugaru, sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic in a mixing bowl. Add chicken and stir well. Set aside for fifteen minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet, add marinated chicken and ¼ cup water, mix thoroughly, cover, and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until done.
Remove chicken from heat, top with mozzarella, or if pan isn't oven-proof, transfer to baking dish, top with cheese, and proceed.
Place the dish in the oven and broil until the cheese has fully melted and browned in a few spots, approximately 2 minutes.
Serve the Korean Cheese Buldak with steamed rice, top with spring onion greens, and enjoy the delicious taste.
