Learning Last Minute

Gathering or Learning new information at the last minute might take a toll on you and might also make you forget what you’ve learnt previously.

Procrastination

Procrastinating and not learning for your exam can result in bad grades. Don’t rely on last minute reading/learning as it might stress you out.

Caffeine

Don’t take too much caffeine as it can mess up your sleep schedule and you’ll not be able to sleep properly and might feel sleepy during the exam.

Isolate

Don’t isolate yourself during exams and if you have any doubt, reach out to your friends.

Unprepared

Don’t go unprepared for the exam. Make sure you have everything required in the exam such as stationary, ID etc.

No Rest

Not taking any rest and continuous study might stress you up and you’ll not be able to focus properly. Take deep breaths, do meditation etc. to calm your mind.

Sleeping Late

Sleeping late makes you forget whatever you’ve learnt. You might also not be able to focus properly on your exam.
