2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp brown sugar, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp flour, a pinch of salt and chocolate chips.
Place The butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir to ensure it’s fully melted and smooth.
Add granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract to the melted butter. Stir until both the sugars dissolve and mixture becomes smooth.
Stir in the flour and pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix until a smooth dough forms without any lumps.
Fold in a tablespoon ( more if you like) of chocolate chips into the dough and mix until evenly distributed.
Microwave the dough bowl for 40-60 seconds. Start checking at 40 seconds, as cook time may vary by microwave.
Allow the cookie to cool and firm up for a few minutes. Now enjoy your warm, gooey cookie preferably paired with a glass of milk.
