One cup of rice, one tablespoon of salt, oil, spring onions, and garlic paste 2 tablespoons celery and 3/4 cup cooked chicken, diced coarsely. 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon chilli sauce, and soy sauce
Add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt to the rice and bring to a boil until it is just done. To halt the cooking process, drain and rinse with cold water.
Toss in 1 tablespoon of oil after leaving the rice in a colander. In a pan, heat the remaining oil and sauté the onions and garlic until they are light brown.
Stir-fry the chicken with the onions after adding them to the pan. Stir in the vinegar, chilli sauce, and soy sauce, making sure to mix thoroughly.
Stir the rice into the pan until the chicken and rice are well combined. Warm up and serve. To suit your tastes, you can substitute Schezwan sauce for the chilli sauce.
