Gather the Ingredients

To prepare coconut ladoo, you'll need fresh grated coconut, condensed milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and ghee.

Prepare the Grated Coconut

If you're using fresh coconut, grate it finely. If using dried coconut, ensure it’s unsweetened to avoid overly sweet ladoos.

Cook the Coconut

In a non-stick pan, heat ghee and add the grated coconut. Stir it lightly to roast for a minute. Then, pour in the condensed milk and stir continuously.

Add Sugar and Cardamom Powder

Once the mixture has thickened, add sugar and cardamom powder.

Stir Until the Mixture Thickens

Continue stirring the mixture over medium heat. Once it thickens enough to form a soft dough-like consistency.

Shape the Ladoos

Let the mixture cool slightly,Grease your palms with a little ghee, and shape the mixture into small, round ladoos.

Cool and Serve

Once the ladoos are cool and firm, serve them with fresh pistachios on top.
