Corn, Onion, Garlic, Carrots, Beans, Bell Pepper, Butter or Olive Oil, Milk, Whole Wheat Flour, Salt & Pepper, Turmeric Powder, Coriande
First step is to chop all the vegetables you want in your soup like carrots, beans, bellpepper, etc and mince the garlic.
Next step is to blend the sweet corn along with some water to make a paste with a smooth texture.
Now take the pan and add some butter or olive oil in it and add the minced garlic and sauté it for 2-3 minutes then add all the vegetables in it and sauté for a few minutes.
Add some Whole Wheat Flour in the pan and then add some milk and mix it properly until it’s cooked properly.
Now add the crushed blended corn in the pan and mix it properly until it looks creamy.
Now add salt and pepper according to your taste and some turmeric powder to enhance the color of the soup and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Now your hot and tasty soup is ready, garnish it with chopped coriander and enjoy the warmth.
