1 cup all-purpose flour,1 egg,1 cup cold water, Green onions (sliced), Salt and pepper, Oil for frying and optional: seafood or veggies.
In a bowl, combine flour, cold water, and the egg. Mix until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Optional: You can also add a dash of soy sauce for more flavor.
Fold in sliced green onions. If using seafood or veggies, add them to the batter now.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil and let it heat up.
Pour the batter into the hot pan and spread it evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Carefully flip the pancake and cook for another 3-4 minutes until crispy on both sides.
Once the pajeon is done, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
