Sweeten Your Rakshabandhan with Homemade Besan ke Laddoo

Ingredients:

For 10 servings, take half cup of chickpea flour, Half cup of powdered sugar, 3 Tbs of ghee, 2 cardamom and nuts (additional).

Step 1:

Roast the besan (chickpea flour) in medium flame with constant stirring. Make sure you roasting it well without burning.

Step 2:

When the mixture gets cool down, sieve it well.

Step 3:

Take a bowl and add powdered sugar with cardamom in roasted flour. Then mix all the ingredients properly.

Step 4:

Melt the ghee and pour it in mixture.

Step 5:

Mix all the ingredients with spatula and when it is warm enough to handle, start making Laddoos.

Step 6:

Shape these laddoos tightly so that it does not get break down.

Step 7:

You can top some nuts on it to give a delightful look. Now, it is ready to serve.
