Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread hummus or guacamole evenly across the center of the tortilla.
Add a generous handful of mixed salad greens on top of the spread.
Layer cucumber, carrot, red bell pepper, and avocado slices on top.
Add sprouts, feta, or a drizzle of olive oil dressing for extra flavor.
Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll tightly to form a wrap.
Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap it up for later.
