You’ll need: 1 cup wheat flour, ½ cup chopped moringa leaves, 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain), ½ tsp turmeric, salt, and water (for kneading).
In a bowl, combine wheat flour, moringa leaves, carom seeds, turmeric, and salt.
Gradually add water and knead into a soft, pliable dough. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each one into a flat circle using a rolling pin, dusting with flour as needed.
Preheat a tawa (griddle) on medium heat.
Place the rolled dough on the tawa, cook until you see bubbles, then flip. Apply ghee or oil and cook both sides until golden brown.
Serve with curd, pickle, or chutney for a wholesome meal.
