9 Steps Register Online Complaint With IRCTC

Step 1

Open your web browser on your PC or phone and visit the Indian Railways' RailMadad portal at https://railmadad.indianrailways.gov.in/madad/final/home.jsp

Step 2

Click on the "Train Complaint" option to begin registering your complaint

Step 3

Enter your phone number in the designated field and click on "Get OTP" to receive the One Time Password on your registered mobile number

Step 4

Enter the OTP you received in the appropriate field and click on "Submit" to proceed

Step 5

Enter the PNR number for the relevant train journey and select the "Type of complaint" to specify the nature of your complaint (e.g., cleanliness, ticketing issues, staff behavior, etc.).

Step 6

Choose the appropriate "Sub type" of complaint and provide details of the incident as requested

Step 7

Optionally, upload a supporting file such as a photo or video related to your complaint to provide additional context.

Step 8

Write a brief description of your complaint in the provided text box and ensure all required information is filled out correctly.

Steps 9

Finally, click on the "Submit" button to register your complaint with IRCTC.
