Visit National Voters’ Service Portal https://www.nvsp.in/
Login to the portal and select Correction in Personal Details option
Select the reason for applying for correction
The Voter Mitra chatbot will pop-up for further direction
Choose your Voter ID details and select entry which needs to be corrected from the drop down listicle
If you don't remember your voter ID details, you have to enter through Electoral Roll route by filling details in the next page
Now you will have to enter the details of entry you are seeking to change or update.
This can be done with or without Aadhaar number
Now upload your latest photograph after which you be required to enter your mobile number, email ID
After you have filled in the required blocks, enter the Captcha code and click on the Submit button
Keep the reference number that you see on your screen for future reference
