Begin by tapping on the Profile icon situated on the right-hand side of the Instagram app.
Once on your profile page, locate and tap the three-line menu icon positioned on the right side of the screen.
Within the menu, you will find an option labeled "Your Activity." Tap on this option to proceed further into your account activity and settings.
Scroll down through the list of options until you come across the section labeled "Recently Deleted."
Within the "Recently Deleted" section, tap on the specific photo, video, or story that you wish to restore or permanently delete from your account.
After selecting the desired content, locate and tap on the three-dot icon located on the right-hand side of the post.
Finally, within the options menu, tap on the "Restore" button to initiate the restoration process for the selected content.
