Step 1:

Open the IRCTC website and click on the 'Forgot Password' link.

Step 2:

Enter your username and the displayed captcha code, then proceed.

Step 3:

You will be redirected to the password recovery page.

Step 4:

Enter your registered mobile number on the password recovery page.

Step 5:

An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 6:

Enter the OTP on the password recovery page and then enter your new password.

Step 7:

Confirm the new password by re-entering it, enter the captcha code, and submit your new password.
