New Delhi: A shocking incident has come to light in Uttar Pradesh, where prisoners often enjoy illegal facilities. A prisoner in Mahoba district went live on Facebook while going to court. He used his mobile phone to threaten his enemies on Facebook live. When the video of this Facebook live went viral, it caused panic in the police department. The SP suspended all the policemen who were on duty at that time. A case has been registered against the prisoner Lokendra alias Kartus Yadav under section 507 at the city police station and necessary action is being taken.

The viral video of the prisoner’s Facebook live is from October 21. Lokendra alias Kartus Yadav, a resident of Pandhari village in Hamirpur district’s Sumerpur police station, is lodged in Mahoba jail for murder. Jailor Shiv Murat Singh said that on October 21, the accused had another hearing in the ADJ/Fast Track Court Second in Hamirpur district. He was taken to the court by a Bajr vehicle from the police line. He was sent under the protection of SI Shashank Dev, head constable Arvind Arya, Koshlendra Mishra and constable Kamlesh Kumar.

When he went live, his Facebook friends were shocked. Someone recorded his Facebook live video and made it viral. The law and order situation was questioned when the prisoner went live on Facebook while going to court. The video went viral and created a stir in the police department.

The jailor washed his hands off the Facebook live incident. Mahoba jailor Shiv Murat Singh said that the prisoner did Facebook live after leaving the jail and while going to court. This is not the responsibility of the jail administration. How the prisoner did Facebook live using his mobile phone is a matter of investigation.

It is surprising that the accused is going live on Facebook fearlessly while going to court, but the responsible ones are not taking any action or even saying anything about it.
