Was ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ tailor-made for Salman Khan?

Mumbai: Not too long ago, speculations were rife that the makers of Bajrangi Bhaijaan had approached Aamir Khan for the film. It was also believed that it was Aamir who had suggested Salman Khan for title role. However, the rumour has now been refuted by Kabir Khan.

The filmmaker, who is relishing the success of the blockbuster film has denied approaching Aamir for the role, reports Pinkvilla.com.

‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, which has now created a space for itself in the glorious history of Indian Cinema, was equally appreciated not just across the globe but also Pakistan.

The film revolved around the bond between a Pakistani girl child and an Indian man, and how he puts his lie at stake to escort the girl safely to her hometown across the border.

So now that we know, Aamir wasn’t the first choice, does that mean ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ was tailor-made for Salman Khan?
