TDP MLA Balakrishna stokes controversy, slaps fan during election campaign

Hyderabad: TDP MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna has been caught on camera slapping a fan while he was distributing campaign brochures during a political rally in Andhra Pradesh. 

The incident took place when the Hindupur MLA was distributing campaign brochures while a large crowd of followed him. 

Due to the huge gathering, one of them was forced to rush toward the actor as the crowd pushed him forward.

In a video that has gone viral, Balakrishna can be seen hitting the fan on his fan. What is even more surprising that a police officer, who was standing nearby, shouts at the fan who was hit by the lawmaker. 

Earlier in August, the politician was caught on camera slapping a fan who tried to take a selfie with him.
