Senior Hurriyat Conference leader Sheikh Abdul Aziz on Thursday said that tripartite dialogue involving India, Pakistan and genuine representatives of Kashmiris was the best way of resolving the Kashmir issue.

“Pakistan is a principal party to the dispute and without its participation Kashmir imbroglio cannot be resolved,” Sheik, who was set free by TADA court on Tuesday after eight years of imprisonment, told PTI in Jammu and Kashmir.
