Mumbai: It’s been an incredible year for Indian cinema. SS Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali 2’ starring Prabhas and Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Dangal’ starring Aamir Khan have done India proud abroad. The two films have crossed the Rs 1500 crore mark in the worldwide collections and still counting.
According to Indian movie industry tracker Ramesh Bala, both the films have crossed the Rs 1500 crore in terms of Box Office collections globally.

Aamir’s ‘Dangal’ inspired by real life wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat and his daughters – Geeta and Babita – released in China a few days back and it has indeed created waves at the Box Office there. The film released in India last year on December 23.
‘Baahubali’, a fictional war drama with a magical blend of visual effects and larger than life backdrop released on April 28 this year.
